Breakfast: Granola, Fruit and Yoghurt

Hello again,

Today’s post is a little different as I thought that I would like to share my current favourite breakfast. I usually take this in a cooler lunch bag to work with me so I can eat in during my break too.

Ingredients:

  • Granola
  • Yoghurt
  • Fruit

To start of the breakfast I pour a smal handful of granola into a bowl. I usually use a maple and pecan or a strawberry flavour.

Next, I chop up the fruit that I’m choosing to use. Sometimes I buy frozen berries which include a variety of raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. Other times, I buy fresh strawberries or grapes to use. Today I chose strawberries.

After that I pour my yogurt over the strawberries and granola, today I chose blueberry and elderflower.

It definitely doesn’t look as good when it’s all mixed together but I assure you it’s very tasty and filling. The thing I love most about this idea is that you can change the type of granola, fruit and yoghurt that you’re using so that you’re eating something different each time you make it.

Thank you for reading!

I hope you enjoyed this post; I’d love to share more of my food ideas with you in the future.
